Ivan "MinD_ContRoL" Ivanov, the offlaner for
Tundra Esports, stated that he was kicked from the team less than an hour before the start of DreamLeague Season 22 matches.
The corresponding post was published on the esports player's official Twitter page.

"Looking for a team, just got kicked right before the match"
This was indeed an unexpected turn of events, and Dota 2 fans and analysts were initially skeptical about the truthfulness of MinD_ContRoL's statement. However, in a private conversation with Alexey "STORM" Tumanov, he confirmed that it was not a joke.

The club's management has not yet explained what happened and the reasons for such a decision right in the middle of the tournament. It is unknown whether the player was replaced for just one match or if someone else took his place.
Recall that earlier Ludwig "zai" Wahlberg returned to Dota 2 and became the new general manager of
Tundra Esports, as well as a likely mentor for the team.
