Malr1ne spoke about the controversy in Team Falcons

Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potorak said that in Team Falcons he is close to Ammar “ATF” al-Assaf because of a similar sense of humor, while other teammates do not understand the jokes of the pro-player duo.

The Team Falcons mid shared his opinion in an interview at The International 2024, which is available on Twitch.

“Ammar and I are on the same page. We're pretty much the same age - we have a connection with each other. We joke together and laugh about a lot of things and the other teammates don't get our jokes. We're just friends. Even outside of Dota. And actually, we have a good duo.”

Also, Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potorak stated that it was Ammar “ATF” al-Assaf who started writing provocative messages to opponents in game chat. Giving the reason for such behavior in official matches, the Team Falcons midlaner stated that it creates additional stress for the opponents and also makes the match more exciting for the spectators.

“If people ask me who should be blamed, I won't name Ammar, but it's him.

I think it has a place because it makes the game more fun. General chat messages and interactions between people make the match more stressful for the pro players and more exciting for the spectators. You're doing it for the fans.”

Recall that earlier Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potorak commented on the format of the organization of The International 2024. The cybersportsman believes that the group stage of the tournament practically does not affect the outcome.
