Malr1ne named the top three midlaners in the world, and Larl was not among them

Stanislav "Malr1ne" Potorak, representing Team Falcons, listed his selection of the best players in his position. Interestingly, it did not include the Dota 2 world champion, Denis "larl" Sigitov.

This statement was made during a post-match interview with the team at DreamLeague Season 22.

"gpk is a very strong opponent. I would say he is in the top 3 midlaners right now – Nisha, Quinn, gpk"

It is also noteworthy that the midlaner of Gaimin Gladiators, often considered the best, was only ranked second by Malr1ne.

• Quinn "Quinn" Callahan

• Danil "gpk" Skutin

It's worth noting that Malr1ne, thanks to his performance and incredible play on his hero pool, is also considered one of the best players in his role globally. However, he did not include himself in the selection. Nevertheless, Nisha's first place is well-deserved, as he managed to defeat all opponents in the BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024 midlaner tournament.

It's quite strange that larl did not make it into Malr1ne's ranking, considering that earlier in the season, the Team Spirit world champion was also regarded as one of the best Dota 2 players.

Recall that earlier Malr1ne spoke about the conflict between his teammate and a BetBoom Team player, who started insulting him before the start of the match at DreamLeague Season 22.
