Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potorak stated that
Team Falcons squad shows a weak level of preparation on PGL Wallachia Season 2. Nevertheless, due to the lack of strong competitors, the player does not consider top-3 as an acceptable result for the team.
The corresponding statement was made by the player in a broadcast on Twitch.
“There are not directly a lot of competitors in the tournament, although we are in very bad shape ourselves. But if there were conditionally
Team Liquid and
Team Spirit, it would be more interesting to play. I wouldn't say a top-3 minimum is any kind of achievement.”
The player also stated that the
Heroic lineup could pose some difficulties for
Team Falcons. According to Stanislaw “Malr1ne” Potorak, Andreas “Cr1t-” Nielsen often faces problems in the game against teams from South America.
“I think the problems will be in the match against
Heroic. We have the curse from Cr1t- coming after all, and he always has problems against teams from South America. I hope we'll be able to cope.”
Also in the interview Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potorak said that he decided not to go inactive, as many players of the pro scene did, because he felt a strong desire to play Dota 2 after a week's rest.
Earlier, Ammar “ATF” Al-Assaf spoke about the problems of
Team Falcons, promising that the team will return to its former form.
