• Secondly, not all of them have legal force and position that can have an impact on the market.

What is it about. An organization, let's call it Committee X, which has influence on both clubs and tournament operators (hereinafter referred to as TO), and will not have personal interest and concernment. If the organization decides, the clubs and tournament operators will comply. Here's an example:

Earlier there was a situation with Zayac. In this case, when Navi and VP have their own truth and side, they do not go to court, but involve Committee X in the case, which decides whether the transition was legal and whether Zayac can participate in the upcoming championship. And if suddenly Committee X would decide to prohibit participation, then the TO should make this decision and tell the club or look for a replacement or look for another team.

Why doesn't it work? TO has its own obligations to sponsors, and because of the conflict, it will not refuse to participate. If there is no Committee X, there is no influence on the TO decision.

But what about the FCS and analogs of federations in other countries? They have jurisdiction only within their own country. The situation is stalemate, if suddenly we, the Ukrainian club, have a dispute with the Russian club, where the dispute will go around a player from Belarus - who will decide the dispute then? There are many more pitfalls, I just mentioned a couple of examples. Whether the situation changes, time will tell.
