Maelstorm commented on Team Falcons gameplay, pointing out the team's vulnerability

According to Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov, there is currently no one on the Dota 2 pro scene that can challenge the Team Falcons. He is, however, critical of the team’s one-dimensional style which places heavy reliance on individual players’ performance as the decisive factor in winning a game.

The commentator shared the relevant opinion in Telegram.

“Their best game so far is out of competition. It's about time they prove it once again. The team is a perfect fusion of youth and experience. Their weak point is still a somewhat monotonous style, tied solely to personal performance.”

Even with the aforementioned roster flaw, Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov still considers Team Falcons to be the clear favorites for the ESL One Bangkok 2024 Dota 2 tournament, even after failing to perform convincingly at the BLAST Slam I event.

“Still the number 1 favorite. Haven't had a failed tournament in a while. Even at BLAST Slam the team showed a pretty good level. It's just that what's not bad for them is what we used to consider even a good game.”

Team Falcons' lineup finished the BLAST Slam I tournament in the top-8, falling out after the second round of the playoffs.
