Acording to Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov, he personally strives to actively develop his gameplay and play consistently in crucial moments of matches. For Team Falcons, the player named winning tournaments as the main goal, since it is no longer enough for the team to simply occupy high positions.

"Personally, I want to progress every day and be consistent when it matters most.

For the team, this means turning deep runs in tournaments into championship titles. Being close is not enough for us; it is important to win. That is what we will be striving for in 2026."
