LGD Gaming Coach Addresses Topson After Being Eliminated from The International 2026

Igor Furtado “Kaffs” Guimarães Estevão thanked Topias “Topson” Taavitsainen for participating in The International 2026 with LGD Gaming.

The team’s coach posted the following comment on his personal X page.

“To all the fans who expected more from us, I want to offer my sincere apologies. And a huge thank you to LGD Gaming for believing in our team and sticking with us through all this turbulence. And also to Topson for almost leading us to the playoffs.

I don’t know what lies ahead for us, since the situation is currently out of my hands.

But the dream continues…”

According to a statement by Igor “Kaffs” Furtado Guimaraes Estevão, thanks to Topias “Topson” Taavitsainen, the team nearly made it to the playoffs, but their loss in the elimination stage ultimately prevented them from advancing further. The coach also thanked the esports organization for the opportunity to play under the LGD Gaming banner, but added that the future prospects for the current roster are unknown at this time.

As a reminder, Topias “Topson” Taavitsainen had previously predicted that LGD Gaming would be able to make it to the TI15 playoffs with his help.
