Broadcast graphics company Layerth has announced new Tether software that will allow tournament organizers to interact with streamers and casters.
Valve's new rules will go into effect on September 15, requiring streamers to comply with tournament organizers' requirements for streaming on their personal channels related to ad integration and time delay.

Tether will allow tournament operators to host their events on the platform, specifying the rules that streamers and casters must adhere to. Also, streamers will be able to apply for tournament coverage and, if approved, receive the necessary materials for posting on their broadcast.
