Ivan "OneJey" Zhivitsky, a player for
L1ga Team, stated that Martin "Saksa" Sazdov might face mental challenges due to his long absence from the Dota 2 pro scene, potentially jeopardizing
Tundra Esports performance at The International 2024.
OneJey shared this opinion during a Twitch stream.
"Saksa hasn't played on the pro scene for a year, so he might just **** up and go chill again due to mental issues, as he mentioned"
OneJey clarified that, given his experience in Dota 2 world championships, Saksa is a better choice for
Tundra Esports than Edgar "9Class" Naltakyan. However, he reminded everyone that Saksa has been away from the pro scene for a long time. The pressure of playing at TI13 might be too much for him, potentially leading to mental issues and costing his team the game.
It’s worth noting that Vladimir "Maelstorm" Kuzminov recently named the likely winner of The International 2024.
