Korb3n revealed how he became the manager of Team Spirit

Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov disclosed how he becomes Team Spirit manager claiming he began from the lowest stature in an unknown squad which later garnered the attention of a big organization.

He recounted this tale while streaming on Twitch.

“What’s your starting point? For me, it was with an unheard of squad, and from there I captioned success and I was recognized. That was my story,” he said.

Korb3n pointed out that he started with Yellow Submarine and his contribution helped elevate the team’s rank and further recognition by a major organization. He also mentioned that while starting from the bottom is one way, another path is joining an established roster but for that, one needs to be multilingual and proficient in management.

Korb3n is considered by many Dota 2 players and analysts as one of the greatest managers in the history of the game for his outstanding tactics in building Team Spirit roster and for his contribution in the pro scene as a whole.
