Team Spirit manager Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov told me that tier-1 professionals are seldom associated with 322 schemes because these players do not want to risk a massive salary loss and bonuses from organizations.

He said this while streaming on Twitch:

"Absolutely, at the tier-1 level, there are no 322 players Taiga is more of a like deviation. Foremost, there is no issue. Salaries are very good, and the prospect of losing all that alongside plus, prize money and other advantages is very awful. One has to understand that the number which is needed to pay a tier-1 player's salary, prize money, etc., and other benefits exceeds too much to expect from match-fixing"

Korb3n gave emphasis on the fact that there are few, if at all, 322 players at the tier-1 level. It is possible that these amounts that are needed to exceed a professional player's monthly salary is absurdly high when compared to the amounts that are required to engage in match-fixing. He also pointed out the other benefits and bonuses that the players often have to forgo, saying that this is arguably the most risky aspect of 322 fixing which is even greater than the match-finixing itself.

He pointed out that Tommy "Taiga" Le is more of an like deviation of the rule because he struggles with gambling addiction. He added that most of the players understand the consequences of match-fixing remaining indifferent to the whole scenario as it is not worth the aggravation.

As a reminder, a few weeks ago the Team Spirit manager remarked on the announcement of The International 2025.
