Dmitry ‘Korb3n’ Belov, manager of
Team Spirit, stated on the Twitch stream, that
PARIVISION was very close to signing the entire
Cloud9 roster giving them an exorbitant amount of money just ahead of the qualifiers.
“They had to throw a lot of money at it, just like PARIVISION is doing with their current roster. That means to buy a player 2 hours before the qualifiers – to prevent him from playing for Cloud 9 – it wouldn’t do to just give him a few pennies. It is not realistic”
Korb3n explained that Korb3n said that the boys that you saw signing players on a tournament qualifier were not doing so for free, but the organization paid a lot of money for it. In his words, the club still stands behind the roster of Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko, and it has been able to achieve great results in the new Dota 2 season.
Earlier, in one of the streams, Korb3n hinted that Yatoro might become
Tundra Esports new carry and Dyrachyo’s successor.
