Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov, Team Spirit manager, stated that the actions of Anton "Antoha" Marchenko, who left an official match mid-game while playing for Nemiga Gaming, could potentially end his career as a pro player.

Korb3n shared his thoughts during a Twitch stream:

"Whatever was happening within the team – this sounds like ****. I can imagine that things were really bad for him there. Maybe he wasn’t getting paid, but leaving an official match is essentially career suicide.

You can leave at any time, but not during an official game unless something extraordinary happened. By extraordinary, I mean someone insulted you in an extreme way, like involving your family or something serious like that. Then maybe leaving could be justified.

But anything else? That’s just ****. 'I didn’t like it' or something – that’s just nonsense. Even if you were insulted, you could still tell them to **** off and mute yourself on Discord but finish the game. Or leave after the game or between maps, but leaving mid-game is just... no"

The manager explained that while he acknowledges the possibility of poor conditions in the team, he believes Antoha's actions were wrong. According to Korb3n, the player should have left after the match, not during it. Such behavior could very well lead to the end of a young player's career.

For context, Antoha typed "GG" and left the game just five minutes into an official Nemiga Gaming match, after which he was kicked from the roster.
