Gleb "Kiyotaka" Zyryanov commented on the victory in the closed qualification for the Elite League, stating that this achievement allowed the team to make up for the failures in the CS2 lineup.

9 Pandas defeated Yellow Submarine in the grand final of the closed qualification for the Elite League with a score of 3:1. Previously, the team lost to the same lineup in the battle for a spot in the upper bracket grand final. Nevertheless, 9 Pandas also advanced to the grand final by defeating 1win in the lower bracket, followed by a confident revenge win.

The CS2 organization faced problems during the CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024 tournament. Since the team couldn't arrive at the tournament venue in full lineup, they were disqualified, and 9 Pandas' spot in the participant list went to GamerLegion.
