Kiritych issued a challenge to Watson: a bold statement

Ilya "Kiritych" Ulyanov, Virtus.pro carry, plans to secure the first-place position in the Dota 2 leaderboard rankings, currently held by Alimzhan "Watson" Islambekov of Entity. Watson has maintained the top position in the rankings for an extended period.

Kiritych made this bold statement in the team's latest vlog on YouTube.

"I have a battle for the top spot with Watson. I have never been top 1 in the ranking for a long time. And he's been top 1 for what feels like decades or centuries already. And I want to dethrone him from his throne"

Currently, Kiritych holds the third position in the European Dota 2 leaderboard. Quinn "Quinn" Callahan from Gaimin Gladiators occupies the second position. Watson continues to maintain the top spot, earning the title of the number one player not only in the EU but also in the NA region.

It's worth noting that Kiritych has set the goal of surpassing Ilya "Yatoro" Volyshenyuk, a player from Team Spirit, to become the world's best carry.
