Kez has become one of the worst heroes in Dota 2 following nerfs from Valve

Kez entered the top five worst Dota 2 heroes by win rate after Valve's update weakening the character.

According to data from DotaBuff, Kez's win rate dropped to 43.28% following the nerf. This low win rate places him in fourth place among the worst heroes by this metric. However, the new hero still performs better in matchmaking than Batrider, Chen, and Windranger but falls behind Templar Assassin in the bottom five.

It's worth noting that initially, Valve released an update buffing Kez, which significantly raised his win rate, but later they released an update that nerfed the hero. As a result, his win rate still couldn't exceed 50%.

Despite the overall low win rate, some esports players manage to achieve incredible success with Kez. For instance, Wang "Ame" Chunyu created a build for Kez that boasts a 70% win rate in matches.
