Dzhami “Jame” Ali admitted that the move to tier-1 was very difficult for PARIVISION, and now the players have to get used to new conditions and adapt to them, which is not happening without problems.

He talked about this in his Telegram channel.

“Transition to tier-1 is a serious challenge. In many ways we faced things that are impossible to fully prepare for in advance — emotional burnout and the pressure of an unusual tempo. It affects many things: the speed of decision making, individual form, and how we see and communicate what happens on the map”

According to him, because of the sudden jump in results the players started to feel burnout and growing fatigue. Jame also said that the roster still lacks experience, so they often repeat the same mistakes at tournaments.

“It became obvious that we still lack knowledge and a second experienced player who could share the responsibility and help in critical moments. Because of this the same mistakes happen in similar situations, or even in identical ones”

Jame also complained about the tournament schedule, pointing out how overloaded it is, which negatively affects the players form. According to him, the time between tournaments is so short that teams literally dont have time to properly review their own games and mistakes.

“The problem of a young team is also that with a tight schedule and almost no pauses you start playing worse over time. You need to keep individual form and freshness of thinking, but there is almost no time left for a full analysis of mistakes and implementing new ideas. In such situation you always have to search for balance between development and rest, but it is very hard because all people are different and everyone has different limits. In the end fatigue accumulated, and defeats, as it often happens, only increase the stress. At the same time many things that built up during the last tournaments we simply didnt manage to properly analyze and practice”

According to him, PARIVISION has accumulated many problems, but the players are gradually trying to adapt. Despite these issues, the roster still managed to break into the list of the best CS2 teams this season.
