Inmate: «You just need to let people get used to the new Bloodseeker»

Dmitry «Inmate» Filinov - analyst of the RuHub studio spoke about the changes in the latest Dota 2 patch.
Dmitry said that the rebalancing of Bloodseeker's abilities had a big impact on it`s winrate. In his opinion, players should get used to the new gameplay, as well as to change some values for the Bloodrage ability:
I admit that those who were involved in the rework came up with a certain playstyle, according to which, with the numbers that were in the first update, everything looked great. But in the end, in real public, something went wrong somewhere, and I don't even immediately remember the heroes who lost 10% of their winrate. So, most likely, they still need to play a little with numbers. And I would do 10 seconds CD and 11 seconds duration at all levels. Maybe you just need to let people get used to the new Bloodseeker, find the right gameplay and builds, determine which heroes he continues to counter and, perhaps, it turns out that he is not so bad.
In addition, Filinov singled out strong heroes of the current patch:
Broodmother, Magnus, Clinkz, Lycan and Phoenix are all good. And so, under the current meta in the middle public without Broodmother and Meepo in last pick, most likely some Zeus of 2/4 position should shine.
On the morning of July 18, Valve released patch 7.27c for Dota 2. In this update, some items and heroes were rebalanced. Bloodseeker, Clinkz and Underlord have received significant changes.
