Immersion: «We want to become a tier-1 team on a level with Secret, Nigma»

Alexander «Immersion» Hmelevskoy - the captain of Natus Vincere spoke in an interview on the Youtube-channel of the organization about how the roster wants to reach the same level as the top teams, and also expressed his opinion about strong players and teams.
Alexander says that he wants to make the team more aggressive and about the goals for the near future:
Our goal is to be a good team that excels. That will not be like everyone else. We want to become a tier-1 team on a level with Secret, Nigma, etc. And do it in a special way. Do not just repeat, but do something of your own. Maybe play more aggressively. Now we are still looking for our way.
But beyond that, Immersion claims to dislike Team Secret's approach to the game:
Now Team Secret wins everyone, but I don't really like it. These are the guys that not that I don't like them, but they play the Dota I don't want to play. They have calculated all the actions, they distribute the farm on the map. If to highlight some teams that I like, then it's more likely Nigma and OG.
In the end, Hmelevskoy singled out Jesse «JerAx» Vainikka, who inspires him with his unique playing style:
JerAx. He has now left Dota, I even felt sad that I would no longer be able to watch his replays. If you are good with Dota and have seen his replays, then you know that this person is not like any other player. He stands out a lot. He's a very smart player. He does not stand out with some kind of mechanical skill, he does not press the buttons super cool. But he comes up with a lot of things that no one else even thinks of.
