Ilya Lil sorry Daletsky

Renowned esports athlete and Dota 2 professional player, Ilya "lil sorry" Daletsky, shocked the community by admitting his involvement in match-fixing during the European Pro League Season 2 tournament.

In his open letter to Escorenews, Daletsky provided a detailed account of the situation.

The esports player admitted guilt and pledged not to participate in events associated with 322 in the future.

According to his account, the recent incident occurred while playing for the Esports Club Grozny, alongside Alexander "Sensibility" Filatov. For participating in the fixed match, he managed to earn about $145, which helped cover an existing debt of $55.

Daletsky does not hide his culpability and acknowledges that he could have made a more responsible decision at that moment. The Dota 2 community's reaction to this confession is mixed, expressing both support and condemnation. Many are now awaiting actions from tournament organizers and Valve, who are expected to punish the guilty parties and prevent similar incidents in the future.

It is worth recalling that in April of this year, blogger Morf published scandalous findings regarding the activities of the "322 mafia," triggering active discussions of such incidents within the Dota 2 community.
