Tournament organizer PGL announced that the IHC Esports team refused to participate in The International 2023 regional qualifiers in Southeast Asia.

Team IHC forfeits its participation. As a result, IHC’s opponent, Vision, will get a win and will advance into the next round.
The Vision team receives a technical victory and advances to the next round of the TI 2023 SEA qualifier, where they will play against the loser of the Blacklist International vs Army Geniuses match.
Regional qualifiers for The International 2023 in Southeast Asia will be held from 27 to 31 August.
