Abdul «IceFrog» Ismail, the Dota 2 game designer, tweeted a message to the community that today we could find out the name of the new champion of The International. But due to the coronavirus pandemic, the tournament was postponed.
TI finals is always the best day of the year, sad we don't get to see a new champion today. This has been a really tough year for a lot of people around the world, hope you are all keeping safe.
On April 30, it became known that Valve officially postponed the date of The International 10 for an indefinite period, while releasing the Battle Pass 2020 to collect prize money. At the moment, the prize pool of the tournament is $34,000,000. The exact date of The International is still unknown.
