Lets dive into the ever-transforming world of Dota2 where each hero has a distinct tale, set of abilities and influences on game strategy. Each of the 126 heroes in the game offers a different gameplay style and depth that only those with a passion for strategy and hero mythos will appreciate.
Classification of Heroes
Dota 2 heroes are divided into four categories based on their primary attributes and roles:
Strength
Agility
Intelligence
Universal
Strength heroes are generally durable and tanky, able to withstand heavy damage. Agility heroes are typically swift and deadly, with fast attack speed and high mobility. Intelligence heroes possess powerful spells and can control the flow of battle with their abilities.
The introduction of the Universal category, in patch 7.33, brought about a new dynamic. These heroes are versatile and aren't tied to a specific attribute, giving players more flexibility in their strategies.
