Heroic coach made a statement after winning the PGL Wallachia Grand Final

Igor Furtado “Kaffs” Guimaraes Estevao said that the victory in the PGL Wallachia Season 2 Grand Final is the result of the hard work of the Heroic squad.

The player made a statement to this effect on his personal X page.

“I'm trully overwhelmed by so many positive messages, I don't even know from where should I start to be able to read all of them. What you guys just witnessed was many months of hard work paying off. Hope that this win serves as motivation for some of you, because it shows that when you really want something and work hard for it you can actually get it.

I will talk more about this in the future but for now I just wanna thank everyone for the continous support and say that this is obviously just the beginning. Love you all.”

Heroic's Dota 2 roster was formed earlier this year, but the team initially underperformed. However, after replacing Hector “K1” Rodriguez with David “Parker” Flores, Heroic were able to make significant progress, defeating a Team Falcons lineup at the PGL Wallachia Season 2 Grand Final of the tournament. It should be noted that the opponents won four times at the tier-1 tournaments this year, because of which the result of the championship surprised many representatives of the gaming community.
