Hally Discusses What Has Changed Since His Return to Team Spirit

Sergey “hally” Shavaev stated that the Team Spirit roster changed its work format after his return to the team.

The team’s CS2 coach anounced this on Telegram.

“Hi everyone, I’m back. My return took place right after PGL Astana. We prepared for the Major for about two weeks, and then the tournament took place. After Astana, I talked with the guys and the CEO—it was clear that the work format would be changed.

Now I don’t do everything myself. The guys have more freedom to integrate and implement their own ideas. My role is diferent from what I’m used to. Before that, for two years, I did everything on my own: I built our gameplay and drew up plans.

Now the roles are fully distributed. This is something new for me; I’m adapting.”

Acording to a statement by Sergey “hally” Shavaev, prior to his leave, the coach had taken on virtually all responsibilities for developing the team’s strategies and game plans. However, the players now have more freedom to implement their own ideas in team gameplay.
