Gorgc unexpectedly lashed out at Valve

Dota 2 Patch 7.34e could be a contender for the worst in history, as it should have been released before The International 2023. It feels like Valve rushed it.
This statement was made by the streamer Johan 'Gorgc' Stephansson during a Twitch broadcast.
"I'm actually impressed by how few changes they made in this patch. It feels like they put it together in a few hours during lunch break. It's practically nothing. It's very small.
They missed so much... The idea itself is good, and some of the nerfs as well. But this should have been done five days after The International, not now. It should be done immediately or even before TI. Where is the Pugna nerf? Everyone can play with Pugna and Grimstroke – these are broken heroes. The game hasn't really changed. We might see Chaos Knight and Bristleback less often, maybe someone else...
I don't really want to join the general wave and say it's the worst patch in history, but it looks exactly like that. Just nothing. Most of the changes are not bad, but there are just too few of them. We waited three whole weeks for this miserable patch..."
Reminder: Valve released the first patch after TI12, which disappointed the community and esports players.
