Jean 'Gorgc' Stefanowski believes that by abusing dual rating tokens in Dota 2 it is possible to inflate MMR to almost unlimited values.
The content maker shared the relevant opinion with the viewers of his personal Twitch broadcast.
"Infinite dual rating tokens are very easy to abuse. Let's say we have two people, Timmy and Tommy. They start looking for a match at the same time, it's very easy to get caught up with each other on Titans. And every time Timmy plays against Tommy, he uses a token. And Tommy is purposely trying to lose the match. And then they switch. Theoretically, if they do this for a very long time, they'll both take 15k MMR.
You used to lose the same amount of rating as a player on the other team got. But now those values are independent."
Entity's kerry Alimzhan 'Watson' Islambekov is currently considered to be the world's best Dota 2 player in terms of MMR rating. Recently, the cyber athlete was the first in history to break the 13,500 point mark, which no other player has managed to repeat so far.
Earlier, Jean 'Gorgc' Stefanowski commented on the conflict between Ammar 'ATF' al-Assaf and Ilya 'Yatoro' Mulyarchuk.
