Geek Fam has disbanded its roster

The Geek Fam organization in its official Facebook group announced the news that they are disbanding the Dota 2 roster.

From the announcement it became known that the decision to disband the team was influenced by the situation with the coronavirus and the cancellation of the DPC season:

It’s with great sadness that we are announcing the release of our Geek Fam Dota 2 team. We are extremely proud of the achievements that our team has achieved, however, the coronavirus pandemic has affected us in many aspects. With the cancelling of Dota 2 Minor and Major tournaments of the season due to safety concerns, it is very difficult for us to continue with the indefinite delay for TI10 and Dota Pro Circuit. With no updates to the Dota Pro Circuit up until now, we have decided to put a pause on our Dota 2 journey. Once there is a visible future for Dota 2 and the DPC, we will be back, but until then, we say goodbye to our geeks.
