Gaimin Gladiators released an official statement following the Quinn scandal

Gaimin Gladiators have called Quinn “Quinn” Callahan's remarks about Egor “egxrdemxn” Miller in matchmaking inappropriate, and stated that the player has received an official warning.
A comment on the incident was published on the club's official Telegram channel.
“In light of the recent events surrounding Quinn's remarks during a public match, we feel it is necessary to comment directly on this situation. The
Gaimin Gladiators do not condone or endorse these remarks and we wish to reiterate our commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.
While we understand that emotions can run high during a competition, we believe that Quinn's remarks were not directed at the Russian people in general and were taken out of context. However, the
Gaimin Gladiators are convinced that there is no place in cybersports for offensive statements directed against any particular group of people.
Gaimin Gladiators has a zero tolerance policy for any form of discrimination. We believe in creating an environment based on respect, professionalism and inclusivity both within our community and beyond. Quinn has received a formal warning for the careless and inappropriate nature of his remarks, and we will take all necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur again.
Thank you for your understanding and support while we continue to uphold our standards of integrity, professionalism, inclusivity and accountability within our organization.”

The Dota 2 community criticized Quinn “Quinn” Callahan's remarks in a ranked match. Most players and professional streamers said that the cyber athlete crossed the line by mentioning his opponent's country of origin in a negative way. However, the English-speaking community notes that fans from Eastern Europe incorrectly translated the words of the player, exaggerating the sharpness of his statement.
It should be noted that not all members of the gaming community are not satisfied with the response of the representatives of the organization, because they believe that Quinn “Quinn” Callahan should receive a real fine after the incident.
Recall that earlier Team Spirit streamer Ilya “Illidan” Pivtsaev expressed his opinion about the situation.
