Blacklist International offlaner, Kim "Gabbi" Villafuerte Santos, posted screenshots of his bets on matches in PGL Wallachia Season 1 which might elicit a response from the tournament organizers.
Related posts were seen on the Facebook page of this esports player.
Looking at the screenshots and their captions Gabbi may have gambled more than once. Nonetheless, it might clash with PGL regulations that prohibit placing of bets by players, coaches, and club managers. Whether this covers Blacklist International is unknown, since they were replaced in the competition for visa reasons.

No official comment has been made by PGL so far about this situation. Nevertheless, if it turns out to be against the rules set by the tournament organizer, then such a professional gamer could be banned or fined.

Blacklist International launched investigations into an incident involving Gabbi. He said he’d been beaten up by one of his teammates and later announced that he was leaving the club.
