Artem "Fng" Barshak, the former captain of Virtus.pro, spoke about the psychological pressure on the team's players. According to him, the organization did not hide that they could replace any of the esports players at any moment.

He shared this during a Twitch stream.

"Forgive me for this, organization. It wasn’t hidden from the players that we could be replaced at any moment. I know there were negotiations with players who could have joined Virtus.pro. I won’t mention the dates, but it was quite some time ago. Due to certain circumstances, it didn’t happen. Now I'll probably get a message: 'Fine. Delete the stream'"

Moreover, he noted that the reshuffles were actually planned a long time ago. Fng emphasized that negotiations with replacement candidates started well before the roster changes were announced.

The esports player even joked that, after revealing such uncomfortable information for the club, he might be fined for insider leaks.
