Artem “fng” Barshak believes that a major gameplay patch for Dota 2 should be released after the BLAST Slam II tournament, the grand finals of which are scheduled for February 9.
The pro-player made the corresponding statement on Twitch.
“Patch? The patch after BLAST Slam II will be.”
However, Artem “fng” Barshak also noted that this prediction is made on the basis of rumors known to the player, not official information.
It is worth noting that the developers updated Dota 2 to version 7.37 almost 190 days ago, after which only letter gameplay patches without significant changes were released. The record holder in this regard was patch 7.32, which defined the Dota 2 meta 240 days in a row.
Recall that earlier Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnaryov and Andrey “Afoninje” Afonin predicted the date of rating reset in Dota 2.
