Captain of
Nouns, Tal “Fly” Aizik revealed that his team is an outsider in the tournament and he does not expect them to win. However, he revealed that they have put a goal towards improving their performance by trying to effectively move from the group stage at PGL Wallachia Season 1.
While speaking to journalists covering the competition, this information was released.
“We are not creating any illusions; we know we are underdogs in this game. Our play has been below par. But it’s fine. We want to see some growth. Recently we picked up a new coach so we’ve spent some time working with him before coming here. Let us just go step by step first of all because last time we dropped off at this point. So, it is Step 1 for us. We will proceed if we manage that feat”. And whatever happens next is good for us”
According to Fly, players themselves understand who they are and what they can do; nevertheless, the captain expects the team's results to improve somewhat: at least moving forward from group stage would be better than last season's outcome.
This reminds everyone about certain changes made in the
Nouns roster which could lead to better results.
