Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo stated that he has recently been torn between the desire to keep playing and the desire to retire.
The player made this statement in an interview with CyberSports.
"The last few months and years have been like a roller coaster for me. There are days when I really want to play and keep living this life. There are other days when I realize I could be doing something else and enjoying life with my wife. Playing at this level requires huge sacrifices, and there are definitely days when it feels like I should be doing something else.
Thoughts of retiring gradually took shape and built up. And on that very day, I realized it was time. Next, I needed to talk to the people at Furia to discuss the details: how to organize it, what steps to take next."
According to a statement by Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo, playing on the CS2 pro scene requires significant sacrifices, which is why the player began to frequently realize that he would like to do something else and spend more time with his family. The esports player noted that thoughts of ending his career had been building up gradually until he realized it was time to discuss his plans with the team.
As a reminder, Alexander “S1mple” Kostylev previously commented on Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo’s plans to end his career on the pro scene.
