ESL penalized Arkosh Gaming

NA DPC tournament organizer ESL tweeted that sanctions have been imposed on Arkosh Gaming due to rule violations.
As a result of rostering three players outside of the NA region for two series, Arkosh Gaming has been penalized two sub opportunities and a level 1 drafttimer penalty (30s) was applied for their series against Quincy Crew and Black N Yellow.
