Eiritel explained why Tundra Esports declined to participate in DreamLeague Season 26

Daria “Eiritel” Morozova said that Tundra Esports refused to participate in DreamLeague Season 26, following the example of Team Spirit. According to her, both teams decided to take a break to rest and prepare for Riyadh Masters 2025.

The commentator and presenter said in her Telegram channel:

“Tundra withdrew from DreamLeague 26. Before them, Spirit also declined the invitation. Both teams can afford to chill at least until Esports World Cup. Tundra now has a mathematical chance of not getting an invite, but Dahak did not qualify for the tournament. It's hardly realistic to call such a scenario”

Eiritel noted that Team Spirit have openly stated their desire to rest before one of the biggest tournaments of the year. In her opinion, Tundra Esports made a similar decision.

Although the team has lost their guaranteed slot at the Riyadh Masters 2025, Eiritel believes that the likelihood of not receiving a direct invite is extremely low, as Tundra Esports still has an impressive number of points in the EPT system.

Earlier, the Tundra Esports team was also fined for refusing to participate in DreamLeague 26.
