Insider: Dyrachyo to replace Yatoro, who has gone inactive at Team Spirit

Anton "Dyrachyo" Shkredov is rumored to replace Ilya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk as the carry for
Team Spirit following Yatoro's move to inactive status.
This information was shared with Hawk.live by an anonymous insider.
According to the source,
Team Spirit was allegedly aware of Yatoro’s plans to take a break from the Dota 2 pro scene ahead of TI13 and began searching for a suitable replacement. The insider claims that the team initially had several potential candidates, with Dyrachyo not being on the shortlist.
However, the situation reportedly changed drastically after
Gaimin Gladiators loss in the grand final of The International 2024. Following the tournament exit, Dyrachyo was reportedly devastated and publicly questioned whether his team could ever win the TI championship.
This information might be indirectly supported by a harsh statement from Dyrachyo's girlfriend, who was quite blunt and stated that she only cared about Anton’s well-being and not about his teammates.
"It's upsetting for Anton, but as for the others in the team, I don't care. I meant about Anton’s team. He is doing great, actually. It’s sad that he lost, but I think things will soon fall into place"
Her comment about things falling into place might hint at his potential return to
Team Spirit. Dyrachyo played for the team in 2020 but left the roster that same year.
Earlier, there were rumors about Dyrachyo being kicked from
Gaimin Gladiators, followed by GG’s announcement of roster changes. Considering the insider’s information, it appears Dyrachyo might have decided to leave the team himself rather than being kicked.
However, since the source chose to remain anonymous and there are no official confirmations yet, this rumor remains speculative.
Previously,
Team Spirit announced that Yatoro and Mira would be moving to inactive status and would miss the next Dota 2 season.
