Anton “Dyrachyo” Shkredov admitted that he is not going to return to Dota 2, and before The International 2025 he will definitely not appear on the pro scene.
About this he told in an interview with the portal Cybersport.ru.
“To return before Inta - no. If I am called standin, conditionally, I can think about it, but it is unlikely to happen, it is unlikely. So yes, already after I will look. Maybe a little later Inta will come back, we'll see. Or maybe I won't. I don't know. It's really hard for me to answer”
The former
Tundra Esports carry bluntly said that if he will return to the Dota 2 pro scene, it will only be after the World Championship. However, he emphasized that he does not guarantee that he will return to competitive Dota at all, and has no plans to do so yet. The renowned cybersportsman also revealed that he might change his mind, but he doubts it.
“I can't promise that I'll be back, 100%. Maybe I'll look, think and say, “Nah, I'm fine with it.” Or maybe that excitement will be rekindled in me and I'll say, 'Man, I want to play on stage again, win.' For now, I'm inclined to say that I won't be back. Or that I don't know yet, because it's been a little while. But it could be that I'll look at The International 2025 and think, “Man, what a top stage. I need to play there right away.” If that happens, I'll be back for sure”
Dyrachyo also clarified that he may play in tournaments without a full-fledged comeback, but only as a stand-in. Nevertheless, the pro-player noted that he doubts such a scenario.
Recall that earlier Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev admitted why he left the Dota 2 pro scene and is not returning.
