Anton “Dyrachyo” Shkredov admitted that he was amused by
Gaimin Gladiators' first tournament loss after his departure, but still the player is not happy about the team's defeats. Nevertheless, the cyber athlete sees that his replacement did not solve the team's problems, and also expresses sympathy to Alimzhan “Watson” Islambekov.
The player made a relevant statement in an interview with Cyber.sports.
“It's just that when they got knocked out of the first tournament, it was funny. But to gloat directly - why should I? I have my own life. I realize that they lost, and the problems that were with me just didn't go anywhere. You can just see that, especially to someone who has worked with them, tried to fix it. But to gloat and rejoice in their defeats is not. It's pitiful for Watson.”
Also Anton “Dyrachyo” Shkredov stated that he does not consider Alimzhan “Watson” Islambekov guilty of his exclusion from the team and does not hold a grudge against him, despite the memes being spread. The player also expressed hope that Alimzhan “Watson” Islambekov does not take offense to the jokes against him, but added that the situation in the Gaimin Gladiators lineup is not for the better.
“Watson has nothing to do with it. We make memes about him, of course, but hopefully he doesn't take offense to that. Just making memes because he's in the same position as me. Other than that, there's no negativity towards him. It's just that things are not good for all of them there.”
As a reminder, Anton “Dyrachyo” Shkredov previously reflected on the possible results of the
Gaimin Gladiators lineup if the player had stayed with the team.
