Anton “Dyrachyo” Shkredov said that he did feed during Dota 2 tournaments, but admitted that he could not stop.
The cybersportsman told about it during a broadcast on Twitch.
"It's always been like this for me: once you start feinting, you can't stop. You can just finish the match as it is and move on to the next one. I don't know if anyone else has had that, but I remember playing an official and realizing that I was just phishing non-stop - and there was nothing I could do about it. No matter how hard I tried to avoid deaths, they still found me. And I just kept phishing. It happens"
Dyrachyo noted that he wasn't phishing in official matches on purpose. He was aware of what was happening and tried to correct himself, but he couldn't change the course of the game. He said sometimes these situations just happen - like in CS2 when you can't hit your opponent.
"It's like in Counter-Strike when you don't have a flight. It's just a bad day - it happens. Sometimes you just have to accept it. Trying to fight it doesn't always help, but you can't give up - you might just be wrong"
Nevertheless, Dyrachyo advised not to give up even when things are going badly. In his opinion, there is always a chance to win, and sometimes it's not about bad form, but about your own mistakes.
Recall that earlier Dyrachyo said that he is similar to Denis “Larl” Sigitov, explaining why they are the most often hit.
