The strongest heroes from TI12 will likely receive nerfs, while less popular ones may see noticeable buffs to encourage players to pick new characters.

When will patch 7.34e be released?

As per statistics, Valve typically releases new Dota 2 patches around 10:00-10:30 UTC. Most likely, the game client will be updated around this time on November 20.
