Patch 7.34d broke Invoker

After the release of update 7.34d for Dota 2, the ability E.M.P. for the hero Invoker started to work incorrectly. The hero stopped gaining mana after using this ability.

This bug was noticed by Daniel "Stormstormer" Schoetzau, the midlaner of the Entity team.

In update 7.34d, developers weakened the E.M.P. ability for Invoker, reducing the portion of mana restored from the amount burned from 50% to 25%. However, at the time of publishing this information, Invoker is not regaining any mana at all after using E.M.P.
