The new Dota 2 meta is perfect for Collapse, - Team Spirit's manager

Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov, Team Spirit manager, stated that following the release of patch 7.37e, the meta has become focused on greedy offlane players, which perfectly suits Magomed "Collapse" Khalilov.

He shared his thoughts during a Twitch stream.

"Omniknight as an offlane hero is definitely great for climbing MMR because this is the meta for greedy offlaners, where you can dominate on heroes. Collapse took his vacation at the wrong time; this is exactly his meta"

Korb3n noted that the current meta, shaped by the latest gameplay update, favors greedy offlane players. According to him, it's very easy to gain MMR with Omniknight right now. Additionally, the TS manager mentioned that Collapse’s vacation came at an unfortunate time since this patch is ideal for him, and the two-time world champion could have showcased outstanding performance in matches.

Based on Korb3n's comments, he doubts this meta will last until Collapse returns in January 2025, although it could have significantly boosted the team's performance.
