A Dota 2 legend set a world record and might return to the pro scene

Zhang "Paparazi" Chengjun, the legendary midlaner, set a world record in Dota 2, becoming the first player to surpass 16,000 MMR.
This achievement is currently trending on Reddit.
Paparazi now holds the highest MMR rating in the world. His main competitor for the top spot is Egor "Nightfall" Grigorenko, who needs just over 500 MMR to surpass Paparazi.

Interestingly, Paparazi is reportedly considering a return to the Dota 2 pro scene in the new season, although he has yet to confirm this directly. His high MMR gives him the potential to join virtually any tier-1 team.
As a reminder, Jesse "Jerax" Vainikka, a two-time world champion, will participate in tournaments for Deadlock and League of Legends.
