The former pro esports player, Pavel “9pasha” Khvastunov has emphasized on multiple occasions that he will not come out of retirement and return to espoets, as he has already scored enough accomplishments in his professional career.

He said this, during his stream on Twitch.

“Currently, no Dota. And most certainly no esports. Lets the youngsters try. I have had my share. I am satisfied with my career. Yes, no ‘plate’, **** but whatever. I will grab a plate from IKEA. Not difficult. But I have huge amount of trophies, f*** right? So many that I can starf to worry, right?”

9pasha made it clear that he has no intention of returning to Dota 2, let alone the competitive scene. According to him, while he may not have won The International, his victories at major tournaments are more than enough. He also emphasized that it's time for young players to take the stage, as his era has passed.

Previously, Igor "ILTW" Filatov named the greatest player in Dota 2 history.
