A new bug has appeared in Dota 2, completely breaking the game's matchmaking system

Players have discovered a new bug in Dota 2 that completely breaks the balance in matchmaking, allowing them to earn massive amounts of gold using Hand Of Midas.

Reddit users are complaining that a large number of players are exploiting this bug, making it unbearable to play in matchmaking.

How the gold exploit bug works in Dota 2:

• You need to buy and use Hand of Midas.

• Then, you must drop it on the ground.

• Purchase a new Hand of Midas and immediately sell it.

• After that, you can pick up the original Hand of Midas, and its cooldown will be reset.

To use this exploit, players need to have a Hand Of Midas and 2,200 gold at their disposal, allowing them to easily abuse the gold gain in matchmaking. This gives the exploiter's team an overwhelming advantage, which is particularly noticeable in Turbo mode.

It's likely that Valve will soon patch this bug, just as they previously fixed the issue of using ultimates three times without cooldown.
