Valve added three new creeps to Dota 2 with patch 7.38

In update 7.38, Valve went ahead and modified the position of neutral creep camps on the Dota 2 Map and placed three new camps as well as some from the previous version.
According to the Dota 2 site.
The camps that were previously around the river are now referred to as Flooded Camps. These camps are takes over by neutral creeps that can amphibiously transform into stronger stages.
