Donk Explains How the New Reload Mechanics in CS2 Will Affect the Game

Danil “Donk” Kryshkovets believes that the reload mechanic update in Counter-Strike 2 could create discomfort for pro-scene players.

“I don’t know yet how it will actually be; we haven’t played it. I think it might be uncomfortable in some situations: you expect a lot of people to come at you, but at the same time, you can’t reload often.”

Although Danil “Donk” Kryshkovets admitted that he hasn’t played the new update yet, the esports player suggested that the new mechanics will significantly complicate ammo management. According to the player, the inability to reload frequently will make it harder to prepare for encounters with large groups of opponents.
