The rifler of
Team Spirit revealed the bootcamp schedule of the team and what a normal day looks like for CS2 pros.
He talked about it in the club’s Telegram channel.
“We wake up and go to have breakfast. After that we have a meeting. We sit and review for about 3.5 hours. Between practice games and theory we have lunch. We eat, then play 6 scrims. After that we have dinner, and review again for 2–3 hours. Then everyone does what they want: you can go to sleep or practice individually. I usually go to bed at 2 a.m. And then it repeats again”
According to him, almost every day looks the same and starts with a team breakfast. Then the players spend around 3.5 hours analyzing games and discussing theory. After that there is a lunch break, followed by team practice.
He уточнил that the roster usually plays around 6 scrims per day, after which they once again move to the theoretical part and watch replays. When the analysis is finished the players finally get some free time, which they can spend on extra training or just relax.
From donk’s explanation it seems there is no very strict sleep limit, and he personally can stay awake doing his own things until 2 at night. The star rifler also added that the next day everything repeats again.
